To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at info@athletestudios.eu with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the item received was defective or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
